Zach in maintenance really helped me out! Really appreciated his attitude and thoroughness

Zach and Bradley replaced our air conditioner recently and did a great job. Quick, efficient, and very courteous. Treated our dog Milo with kindness and patience!

One eye soar after another. The gall on these people to tell me that the cockroach that I bought down to the office was a "carpet beetle" is unreal. My apartment is immaculate and I gotta deal with my neighbors roaches. Then be talked to like I'm an idiot by the office. Then I gotta set traps in my apartment like I'm the problem. Rude. Their photo gallery brags "lighted ceiling fans". They show ceiling fans. But when you get there what's actually there is a dead switch and the second switch turns on a cheap "luxury" light with no fan. When you ask why your "luxury" apartment doesn't have a fan because they nickle and dime you 150$ bucks for the switches to actually do what they advertise. I love walking in my bedroom, hitting a switch that does nothing. That's luxury. A bedroom you wake up sweltering in because the air doesn't move. Gotta pay extra for the "bonus" fan. I'm adding this at 1:30am where the living room is an ice box because there's a fan there and the bedroom is uncomfortable. Apparently all you need is granite countertops and cut every other corner with builder grade appliances and fixtures to be considered "luxury".

I've lived here for over four years now and have seen plenty of staff come and go. It was great to see such a great team assembled that have all been here for a year now and they all do such a fantastic job with team work and problem solving. Kayla is always very helpful and professional when it comes down to handling business. Madisyn and Madison are always happy to help, very personable, and they both greet everybody with a smile. Brian has been here the longest maintenance wise and has had a great influence on Zach and Bradley. They too are very friendly. Although apartment living does come with downsides, such as noisy neighbors from time to time, the crew here more than makes up for that. They're all consistent and continue to grow all while very much caring about the community that risides here.

I have really enjoyed my time living here at Riverstone. Madison has been a great help! I truly feel at home here.
