I was having trouble with my washer and he came right away, ordered a new one and installed in in less than an hour. He was courteous and friendly.

I requested a work order to fix something that wasn't broken. No one was upset! In fact they were understanding and incredibly gracious. I love Riverstone Apts at Long Shoals

Joel in Maintenance has been extremely helpful. As a new resident, there can be a couple of things that need fixing since the previous resident and Joel has been both speedy and effective in taking care of all of our needs! Kiley has also been extremely patient and helpful to address all of our questions and concerns from the application process to move-in and currently as new residents.

Our refrigerator stopped working and maintenance came out quickly! Joel was courteous and ensured everything was working perfectly!

Nah this place is pretty pretty cool, process was quick and simple. lol even tho I we got the tour still go lost trying to find the gym🤣. But it’s all worth it.

I turned in my maintenance request on Monday afternoon and the issue was fixed before I got home at 4:00pm. Thank you for the quick response
