This is the second time I’ve had a mold issue in the 4 years that I’ve lived here and the first time a few years ago I was given a dehumidifier that stopped the mold, but when I stopped using it, the issue came back. This time around it was taken more seriously and the leasing office had the head of maintenance and someone from corporate to come and look at the issue. The head maintenance man was able to detect the problem, which was my air conditioning unit that he also fixed. I was also brought 2 dehumidifiers to help stop the humidity in my apartment and for the next two weeks I was told the main maintenance gentleman (I forgot his name) would be back next Monday and the Monday after that to make sure the mold issue is resolved and that it won’t come back. The other men who are new here on the maintenance team were also very nice and professional and made sure to do whatever they could to help resolve my issue. I also had some outlets in my kitchen that weren’t working, which they fixed. They were all extremely sweet to my dog, which was a plus. I’ve enjoyed living here for the past 4 years and I hope to continue to live here for the next few years to come. I would highly recommend Riverstone Apartments.

My wife and I have lived here for 5 years and are very happy here.Maintenance service is very good and David is on top of it very quickly. Management is always there to help you and Cierra the Mgr. is very nice and helpfull to everyone.

Maintenance was quick to fix the issues I was having. Left a note on my door to tell me what they did.

Breonna showed up fast, was efficient, professional, and immediately determined what was wrong with my sink, and fixed it in a flash!
