Reasonable rent price for the area, nice sized 2 bedroom apartment. Staff has been wonderful although they do change a lot. It is a little more noisy here due to construction going on with Phase 3 and also one entrance is blocked off, but understandable. So far any issues have been fixed quickly and staff is good about followup. Im hoping they fix the outdoor flickering street light soon. It's a risk to those of us with seizure vulnerability. Also packages are being stolen from my door, with no resolution yet aside from shipment off property sadly 😞 This should be a safe place and monitored. Also insect issue was successfully fixed over several weeks

Riverstone is lucky to have Zach Haas on their maintenance crew! He replaced 2 smoke detectors before we got home from work and the laundry room light without us even asking. He and his team are really a stellar bunch. Please give this man a raise!

I resided in this community for four years. While my first year was acceptable, the remaining three years involved serious concerns regarding management responsiveness, safety, sanitation, and maintenance of community facilities. Noise, Safety & Management Response: A couple moved into the unit above mine, resulting in near-daily loud fighting, screaming, and physical banging that repeatedly disrupted our sleep. We contacted law enforcement on multiple occasions and reported the situation to property management. Despite these reports, we did not feel that management took meaningful action to address the situation. When we requested a transfer because of our safety concerns, the regional management team initially required thousands of dollars in fees, making it difficult for us to leave the situation. A transfer eventually became possible after a new regional manager took over, showed empathy toward our situation, and waived some of the fees. Sanitation & Communication: After transferring to another building, a resident tragically passed away inside their apartment and was not discovered for several weeks. Neighbors had reportedly raised concerns about the resident's welfare and an odor before authorities became involved. Following the removal of the deceased resident, the floor had a severe odor that persisted for months. We received very little communication from management regarding the situation, remediation, or efforts to address the odor. Staff Turnover: There was significant turnover among property staff during my time there. As a resident, it was frustrating to repeatedly see staff members leave, particularly when we had established relationships with employees who were helpful and responsive. Pet Facilities: The community does not have breed restrictions, which I appreciated. However, the dog park fence is too short for larger dogs, and I personally experienced a situation in which a large dog was able to get over the fence and nearly come into conflict with my pet. The property also advertises a "Poo-Prints" DNA tracking policy, but in my experience, enforcement was inconsistent, and there was frequently dog waste throughout the community. After four years as a resident, I cannot recommend this community based on my experiences. The combination of poor responsiveness to serious safety concerns, sanitation issues, inconsistent communication, and problems with community amenities ultimately made my experience very disappointing.

READ CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING!!! I am currently a Riverstone resident. The units are nice enough but they will brutally bait and switch you. Leasing agent and website talk up 3 months free on 15 month term. Now will give you three months free with credits on your invoice and then charge you AFTER THE FACT (60 days after lease do) and say sorry not THAT unit and now you owe us, the credits were not real. I have been an Asheville resident for 16 years and haven't been screwed over this hard. They will do it to you too. MOVER BEWARE!!!

Zach H was amazing. He was quick, helpful and really nice. He solved my initial work order and then took a look at my tub which was not draining and fixed that so quickly. Highly recommended!
